Information Collection and Use

Pic2Game is designed to minimize the need for personal information. We only request the information necessary to deliver our service. This includes photos for the service provided, which are not stored on our servers and are only used for processing results.

Photo Processing:

1. Secure Transmission: Photos are submitted to our servers safely.
2. Image Processing (Style Application): Your selected style is applied to the photo via AI processing.
3. Deletion: Input image data is deleted to ensure privacy. Output (results) images are available for temporary retrieval (one hour) and then permanently deleted to ensure no long-term storage of data.

Disclosure & Sharing

A third-party server (Replicate) temporarily processes the photos you upload in an encrypted way, and they’re not stored. After the analysis process is completed, the input photo is deleted, and the output image is also removed from their servers within one hour.

We do not control third-party platforms, websites, or online services and are not responsible for their actions. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these entities to understand their data use practices.

Security

Pic2Game processes your data using computers and/or other IT-enabled tools. Pic2Game takes technical and organizational measures to ensure the information is processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of information, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, or damage. We also guide and train our personnel to process your data securely according to our internal data protection policies.
